Covenant School of Bridgeport graduates young men who are academically prepared for further education, inspired to lead their lives with humility, and dedicated to serving others.
Philosophy
The guiding vision of the Covenant School is to create an education model that addresses the cycle of poverty that plagues our students’ communities and replaces it with a cycle of hope, determination, and success. In order to challenge the city’s widening achievement gap and bleak graduation statistics for underserved males, we ask "what more can we do for our students, our families, and our community to change the face of urban education?"
Mission
We develop young leaders who are intellectually competent, open to growth, loving, compassionate and committed to serving others. We provide a high quality, comprehensive education to boys from underserved communities, offering them a safe, rigorous academic setting and advancing their spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and physical growth. We accompany our students and alumni from enrollment through the start of their careers as they develop their gifts and grow as men for others.
